Guild Policies

The Guild Policies were created by Andreynn, and have been revised by Azurria (for clarification purposes). Here is a summarization of the guild policies and requirements. Please remember, these exist in order to keep the guild a fun and inviting place for all members and future members!

Requirements for joining

Level (Must be at least level 5, with exceptions. Existing members may invite their alts at level one)
Toon Gender (You must have at least one female toon who has been in the guild for at least one month, after that, you may have male toons)

Guild Chat (Keep the guild chat PG-13)
Player Conduct
Hacked Account (If your account is compromised, the toon will be temporarily demoted to protect the guild bank)
Guild Bank (Take only what you need, certain exceptions are allowed)
Toon Activity (Please try to keep at least one toon active in the guild over a years time)

No Gratuitous foul language, or sexually explicit discussions. Basically keep the guild chat at a PG rating.
Treat each other with respect.
In regards to the guild bank; if you need it, take it. If you've reached your daily limit but still need something else or need something from the restricted tab, ask a guild officer. Do not take an item to give to an alt or player outside the guild. Do not take something to sell at the auction house without permission of a guild officer. If you need to borrow gold from the bank, ask an officer. Preferably Helena or Andreynn, the Co-GM's but any officer if they're not available.
I'm still not decided on at which point a member should be booted from the guild for inactivity. But for now inactive members will be demoted to the lowest rank in the guild until they return or removed from the guild if they were never an active member in the first place. Members with alts in the guild don't have to keep all their alts active as long as at least one of them is active, but you must let it be known to the guild that it is an alt to prevent them from getting booted.
If your account is known to be compromised, please do your best to inform a guild officer in-game or via this website. Toons which are on a compromised account will be temporarily demoted in order to protect the contents of the Guild Bank. This is in no way a punishment to the person owning the account. When the account is known to be secure again, the toons will be re-promoted to their original rank.

Level

All characters must be at least level 5 to join unless they are an alt of a current non-Neophyte member. This means that existing guild members are allowed to join their level one toons.

Character Gender

Members can be any race or class, but must be a female character when joining for the first time. Members who have been in good standing with the guild for at least one month are allowed to add male alts or invite male friends to the guild.
