In order to protect the guild bank, anyone whose account is hacked; their toons will be demoted to the lowest rank in the guild. When the hacked account is returned to the rightful owner, the toons will be re-promoted to their appropriate rank. This is in no way a punishment. This is to ensure the security of the guild bank.
